We have had a rough few days with our 8 month old being sick. She came down with Roseola after a high fever over the weekend. We were convinced it was from the pains of teething as she got her first tooth on Saturday. Now we both are sharing a terrible soar throat and cough that is hopefully the tale end of a terrible bug. The poor girl can't seem to get a break. She is so wiped out from being up throughout the night that she is snoring in her crib right now. I hope she wakes up feeling better later this morning. We have a quiet day today thankfully so hopefully all the extra sleep will mend her little body.

I managed to capture these images in our garden last night after seeing these beautiful butterflies from the window. I go through camera withdrawal so this helped suffice my addiction :). I had to get some fresh air anyway so I grabbed my new camera and lens combo ( :-) !!!!) while my husband tended to the little ones and played a game of hide and seek with the butterflies. As soon as they became aware of me they would flutter quickly away. I would move out of site and they would be back within seconds. Those flowers must have been very tasty as we played this game for 15 minutes and as soon as I went in the house they were right back on those pretty pink flowers again. We definitely have a butterfly garden. Every time I look out there are bumble bees and butterflies fluttering about.
