Beautiful Country

I had the chance to get close to this beautiful creature recently and enjoy the sun as it descended in the late summer sky. Abigail got a kick out of getting a closer view too. My sister loves horses so much that at one point you couldn't turn your head at her place without seeing something related to horses. Me on the other hand, I can appreciate their beauty from afar as I do with mountains but get me too close or too high and I get nervous. My experience in horse back riding has led to giant bruises in my inner thighs that I care not to repeat.

My husband and I have been discussing our future these days and wondering if we are going to stay put where we have been the last two years or make a move to the country...we have at least 2 - 3 years to really decide, but the idea is really appealing as I will have my outdoor playground and studio at my fingertips.
